DEPOSIT POLICY: Every client must place a nonrefundable deposit for all color services. This ensures that in the event you cancel my time is not valueless. I appreciate everyone’s cooperation in this matter. Deposit cost varies on cost of service. This deposit goes towards your total service cost. This deposit can be transferred reasonably once, after that a new deposit will need to be placed. LATE POLICY: Running late happens to everybody! However, after 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time a shorter service will need to be performed or the appointment will need to be rescheduled. REDO/REFUND POLICY: I want you to love your hair! In the event there is something about it you don’t love, please contact me within 1 week of your original service date for a complimentary adjustment. By booking your appointment you are acknowledging all services are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens sometimes! In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours is given, a cancellation fee of 20% of the expected service total will be charged. The fee must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.
